In Malaysia, 113 Bangladeshis arrested? The country's immigration department has arrested 235 individuals, including 113 Bangladeshis, during an ongoing operation to deport illegal immigrants. 

The arrests were made from Friday to Sunday across five districts in Johor state. 

This information was reported by the national newspaper Berita Harian. Johor Immigration Director Datuk Mohd Rushdi Mohd Darus stated in a press release that his department will not compromise with those who employ and provide protection to illegal immigrants. 

He mentioned that in the first operation, which took place at midnight last Friday, 130 foreigners and two employers from two reflexology centers were arrested. In the simultaneous operation, a total of 90 illegal immigrants were arrested in Johor Bahru. 

Additionally, nine illegal immigrants and two employers were arrested in Batu Pahat, 12 illegal immigrants from Mersing and Muara, and seven from Segamat. 

The first operation targeted 18 factory premises and residential areas, as well as 17 reflexology centers in Batu Pahat, Mersing, Muara, and Segamat. 

Among those arrested were 36 Bangladeshis, 15 Pakistanis, and 34 Indonesians, along with male and female immigrants from India, China, Thailand, Vietnam, and Myanmar.
