Abdul Wadud Chowdhury's parents honored.
The distinguished son of Bajongor in Bishwanath, Abdul Wadud Chowdhury, has been honored by the Modern Social Welfare Organization, a traditional organization dedicated to humanitarian service in Munshir Bazar, for his appointment as the Director General of the Office of the Chief Advisor of the Interim Government.
The honor was presented on Sunday (December 22) at their home.
Present at the event were the organization's President Sheikh Abdul Hafiz, Senior Vice President Dr. Gias Uddin, Vice President Abul Kalam Azad, Kabir Mia, General Secretary Hafiz Mohammad Al Imran, Organizational Secretary Tarek Ahmed, Assistant Organizational Secretary Hafiz Sundar Ali, Education and Culture Secretary Maulana Afzal Hossain, Information and Technology Secretary Naim Khan, Assistant Information and Technology Secretary Sabbir Ahsan, Mahfuz Chowdhury, and Social Welfare Secretary Mizan Ahmed, among others.
The Chairman of the Modern Social Welfare Organization, Abdul Awal Chowdhury, who is dedicated to humanitarian service, is the elder brother of Abdul Wadud Chowdhury.
